Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst – London

We‘re looking for a Conversion Rate Analyst to join our Optimisation team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering A/B and MV tests on our client’s websites and/or mobile apps
  • Generating hypotheses and devising engaging experiments to test them
  • Configuring and measuring results using CRO tools
  • Delivering reports and developing CRO roadmaps for clients

The role is based in London, but travel to client sites around the UK may be required. There is also opportunity to work with clients based in Hong Kong and Europe.

Typical daily activity

• Analysing the results of an AB test
• Writing a test conclusion report for the client
• Writing specifications for new AB tests
• Developing CRO roadmaps for clients
• Liaising with clients in conference calls and meetings


• Roadmap creation & user behaviour analysis
• Test design and specification
• Test development (WYSIWYG editors, HTML/CSS/JS)
• Technical support for client’s dev teams, where appropriate
• Test analysis, reporting & reviewing financial impact
• Regular catchups with clients
• Communicating new tagging requirements for upcoming tests
• Creating actionable concepts for optimisation form insights
• Attribution modelling, implementation audits and email personalisation
• Recommending additional optimisation activities

You will need sound understanding and/or experience of:

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques
  • Designing and analysing AB tests
  • Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely, VWO and AB Tasty
  • Digital customer experience and its influence on customer behaviour
  • Web technology, new and emerging tools

Preferably, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • An understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
