Creating a ‘we’ culture
We’re about ‘we’ not ‘me’. We didn’t ask an agency or the CEO to come up with our brand values, we asked our staff. Which means the five values that our team voted “So Mezzo” are now our guiding principles.
We encourage people to give something back, too. Help colleagues. Teach, as well as learn. Give, as well as take. Share learnings. Support new starters. Get people together. It’s everyone’s job to make us a success.

Corporate life can make us risk-averse with a “can’t do” mentality. At Mezzo Labs, it’s our job to challenge the status quo, ask why, and find another way. We might be a small company, but we have to be bold. We encourage everyone to stick their neck out and say what no one else wants to say.
