Adrian is Mezzo Labs’ founder.
It was his idea to start Mezzo back in 2006, having watched marketing teams spend millions of pounds based on gut feel and ego.
Adrian’s mission is simple: to make the world’s best web analytics company. He won't rest until someone tells him he’s finally made it.
When not “creating wow” and watching TED lectures, Adrian is usually to be found in Lucky Voice belting out 80s indie rock classics.
Alex HolmanHead of Product
Before building Uplifter, Alex worked closely with our some of our biggest clients, using his Economics degree to help them get them a maximum return from web analytics.
Alex feels alive in the evening, by either attending tech functions and parties or running long distances with his club, London Frontrunners.
Aliur RahmanHead of Strategic Analytics and Conversion
Aliur has over 13 years of experience working in analytics, experimentation and personalisation. He has built and led large teams for global companies including Barclays, Accenture, HSBC and Experian.
Aliur loves gardening, football and reading social psychology books. His free time is spent chauffeuring his three children, and one of his favourite quotes is: "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do" - Steve Jobs.
Andy ChangHead of Business Development and Partnerships
He joins us from Hong Kong, where he spent 10 years working for various global Asia Pacific brands, before heading up Digital Analytics at Cathay Pacific Airways for 2.5 years.
Aside from updating his Instagram account with #FoodPorn or #Wanderlust photos, Andy also enjoys training Muay Thai Boxing and is a former competitive fighter with bouts in the UK, HK and Thailand.
Chris WallisSenior CRO Analyst
Chris’ talents lie in optimisation through AB & MV testing. The journey doesn’t end once data is collated and analysed; Chris is well practised in generating novel ideas to mine insights for all they’re worth.
Before Mezzo Labs, he spent two years at Oracle Maxymiser, where he managed testing roadmaps for household brands in the retail sector.
Chris is a huge squash enthusiast. It doesn’t matter whether he’s being thrashed or doing the thrashing, as long as he gets some court time in.
Clare HurstOptimisation Analyst
Before Mezzo Labs, Clare spent a year and a half in the Analytics team at a marketing agency, becoming a Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager whizz, as well as dabbling in data visualisation.
In her spare time, Clare enjoys starting the weekend with her local Parkrun (to justify the time she spends baking and eating the baking) and exploring London by Boris bike.
Claudia KendalHead of Training and Marketing
She joins us from Barclays where she spent over ten years working in various roles across Digital, Marketing, Performance Management and Data.
When she’s not in the office, she’s running around after two small children or talking about going to the gym!
Dan SalterInsight Consultant
With a background in commercial analysis as well as digital, Dan brings a wealth of experience to the team.
When not at work, Dan can still be found with his face in a Tableau workbook as he runs a political data analysis blog, and also a well-respected, if slightly niche, music review website.
Darren HutchinsTechnical Analytics Consultant
He joins us from the travel giant TUI, where he spent 5 years in digital analytics, introducing Adobe Analytics Premium across their entire UK web estate, and tracking their hybrid digital assistant apps.
When not at work, Darren can be found going to indie gigs. He’s also an avid Arsenal fan.
Francesca DelGuidiceTechnical Analyst
Francesca loves to learn! American by birth, she's studied and worked in digital analytics worldwide. Her current daily friends include Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics which she uses to tag websites and pull out insight.
She holds four degrees, a business degree from NYU Stern Business School, an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a Masters in Digital Marketing & Analytics from Regent’s University.
Francesca loves adventure and being as close to a digital nomad as possible. She's spent 3.5 years backpacking around the world - skydiving, hiking up volcanos, and swimming with anacondas.
Gaia AntonaciGraduate Analyst
She’s joins Mezzo Labs as the new Graduate Analyst. She loves challenging herself by combining numbers with creativity.
As an avid art lover, fashion is her strongest passion but she can be also found wandering around impressionist galleries or listening to her beloved rock music in London's independent clubs.
Greg GilesSenior Technical Analyst
Prior to Mezzo, he spent 5 years modelling data and generating digital insights for two global advertising agencies.
Dogs, travelling and lifelong learning are 3 of Greg’s biggest passions in life outside of data. He is currently challenging himself with how to master Python.
Hannah SeverinSenior Insight Analyst
Before Mezzo Labs Hannah worked for Topshop Topman and has just completed a second degree in Business and Economics.
When not working Hannah is a keen cook who loves trying new foods and learning new skills. She is always looking for another holiday or travel inspiration for her next adventure.
Ibrahim LawalGraduate Analyst
He has a passion for learning new things and is currently challenging himself by learning Spanish.
In his spare time, he dabbles in a wide range of activities from basketball to skateboarding and his personal favourite, league of legends.
Iulia CioaraSenior Insight Analyst
Iulia specialises in getting insight out of Google Analytics, Webtrends and Adobe.
Iulia was one of the shining successes of our internship programme. After taking a Masters in Digital Marketing & Analytics at Regent's University London, she applied to join the programme. Six months later, she is an full-time member of Team Mezzo.
When not obsessing about details, she enjoys high intensity cardio exercises such as shopping and ghetto zumba.
Lance NelsonTechnical Analytics Consultant
Lance is our most experienced analytics manager, having started with Webtrends and Sage Analyst back in 2005 for Shell Motorsport and Diamond Trade Company.
After mastering Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for Mezzo's financial services clients, Lance shifted to the more technical aspects of analytics. In 2017, he spent five months on secondment at HSBC, managing tag implementations using Tealium. He also contributes to the training courses that are run.
The only things he loves more than analytics are softball, Derby County and being a very proud dad.
Mita MehtaInsight Consultant
Having previously worked for Debenhams and the ICAEW, she brings with her a wealth of experience from different industries.
In her spare time, Mita is an avid, but admittedly lazy, baker. She also loves talking about anything fashion-related and enjoys scouring magazines for the latest in interior design trends.
Natalie HillFinance Director
Natalie eats numbers for breakfast.
A huge fan of spreadsheets, she was destined to work in finance and spent 15 years as a very happy accountant, controller and finance director in large organisations in the UK, France, India and the USA.
She joined Mezzo Labs in September 2010 and is now the proud controller of all things Accounting and Operations.
She holds the purse, does the number crunching and makes sure that everybody operationally has everything they need to make a success of the Mezzo business.
Nick ComberSenior Technical Analyst
Having worked in online marketing for 8 years, Nick has gained experience in technical implementation and integration. Most recently at Signal, a tag management solution, Nick supported numerous retail clients with their tagging requirements.
In his spare time, Nick is a keen golfer. He can be found on the course most weekends (except when it’s raining of course). He also loves football, following the fortunes of his hometown team Gillingham.
Patrick MilburnManaging Director, Hong Kong
His 10+ years experience spans client and agency worlds, firstly in the banks (Barclaycard, Barclays and Lloyds) before moving to Digitas in London, and then Hong Kong building their Data practice across Asia for the last 3 ½ years.
In his spare time, Patrick plays hockey and football – easily the hottest place he’s ever played!
Rupert AsheBoard-level adviser
He is also a serial entrepreneur who has started and sold four businesses. He currently runs the D5 Capital Investor Club of angel investors and family offices.
In his spare time, Rupert likes to write. In 2013, he published his first book: 'Making Money From Creativity - How To Sell A Marketing Services Agency’.
Sarika PatelTechnical Analyst
Coming from a background in teaching, Sarika moved into a career in Digital Marketing where she developed a passion for Google Analytics and has subsequently specialised in Web Analytics.
Aside from being a keen online shopper, with a knitwear collection boasting over 50 pieces, Sarika also tries to get in some gym time balanced out with her love of socialising, travelling and trying new foods.
Sophie HillMarketing Executive
Prior to this, she interned at eBay in their digital content team. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in American History and Politics which included a semester in Minnesota.
She can recite every US state in 30 seconds and aims to visit all 50 before she’s 50. Aside from being America-obsessed, she enjoys exploring London’s food scene and walking her beloved boxer.
Steve KeightleyHead of Analytics, Insights and Optimisation
Steve heads up our Professional Services Team. He's responsible for leading Mezzo's team of technical, insight and conversion rate optimisation experts.
Before Mezzo Labs, Steve was Head of Client Services at Oracle Maxymiser. Prior to that he spent 6 years in Barclays Digital Banking and 5 years at Accenture.
Steve loves riding his bike. Getting out early on a Sunday morning is a highlight of his week, with the post-ride coffee and cake a close second. He's also a huge podcast fan and hopes to make his own series one day.
Tom DavenportData Scientist
He joins us on a KTP collaboration with the University of Westminster and working on creating an innovative data science solution to solve some common client issues.
He has just finished two MSc degrees from the University of Stirling in Big Data and Information Technology and is looking forward to sharing his skills with the team.

Wale OleyeyeInsight Analyst
He’s joining the Insights team to gather and deliver insights for clients and create impactful stories with data.
Wale loves drawing and will doodle on anything in sight. Besides that, you can find him in the climbing gym... falling a lot.
